1. Your Pre-Shoot Phone Consultation / Booking

To begin your portrait experience with us, we first schedule a short pre-shoot phone consultation. This relaxed 15–20 minute call is your opportunity to ask questions and get a clear feel for what the session will be like.

We kindly ask that you speak with your spouse or partner beforehand so you’re both fully on board. The last thing we want is anyone feeling reluctant on the day.

To secure your booking date and time, we require a £50 booking confirmation fee. This fee is fully refundable or credited towards your final artwork order at the Design Appointment. It simply protects both your time and ours.

2. Your Photo Session

This is where the magic happens.

Your studio session lasts approximately 45 minutes to an hour. We’ll capture a variety of natural poses and expressions that truly celebrate the bond between you and your dog.

Before the session, we’ll send you simple guidance on what to wear and some easy preparation tips for your dog. Feel free to bring plenty of your dog’s favourite treats and toys — it’s always better to have too many options than not enough.

The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried. Our focus is on creating beautiful, timeless images you’ll love.

3. Your Design Appointment

This is the part most of our clients look forward to the most.

Most Design Appointments take place on the same day as your photo session. After the shoot, you’ll have a short break to grab a coffee nearby, then return to the studio. (If you prefer, you can also come back 2–10 days later — there’s no difference in the experience.)

During this relaxed appointment, we’ll show you a beautiful slideshow of your images so you can re-live the session. Together, we’ll then select your favourite photos and design stunning wall displays that perfectly suit your home and style.

We can even give you a realistic preview of how the artwork will look on your own walls. All our pieces are ready-to-hang fine art, with options starting from just £578.

We offer flexible in-house payment plans to help spread the cost. Most families invest between £800 and £1,900 in their final artwork.

Please note: Gift vouchers and studio credits are only valid when used during your initial Design Appointment.

4. Your Artwork is Ready for Collection

Your finished wall displays will be professionally produced using the highest quality materials and delivered to your home (or available for collection from the studio) approximately 4–6 weeks after your Design Appointment.

Every piece comes with a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship.

We always look forward to this moment — seeing our clients’ faces when they see their new artwork for the first time is one of our favourite parts of the process. Both studios are just a short drive from major roads and have a lovely pet-friendly coffee shop nearby, perfect for your short break during the session.
