Welcome to Legacy Hound Studio.

I’ve lived with dogs for more than 40 years — all terriers. Two Airedales, a Scottish Terrier, two Welsh Terriers. My girl now is Dolly, an eight-year-old Welsh Terrier.

The joy my dogs have given me, and the pictures I’ve made of them, is why this studio exists.

I photograph the dog you actually live with — the look they give you at home, the way they settle when they trust you, the character you’ll miss when the house goes quiet.

I don’t rush a session. We let your dog arrive, sniff the room, and decide they’re safe. Only then do I pick up the camera. That’s how you get a picture that looks like them.

One day they won’t be in the room. You’ll want them on the wall while they still are.
